First, it is nice to call a business and for someone to actually answer the phone. When I called, you answered promptly, you were professional and you understood our needs. When I explained our circumstances and requested very prompt service you know your schedule enough to prioritize and make a shift that accommodated both us and another customer scheduled in the same day. That exceeded my expectation.
The evening before you were scheduled to come out and power wash you called and confirmed the appointment. As you were at my property you called and confirmed what actually had to be done. The communication made me feel confident that when I arrived home the job would be done exactly as agreed. After coming home from work, I walked around my house and was blown away with your quality workmanship. As I had stated in our original conversation, once my neighbors see my house this clean, they will be asking who I dealt with and I will proudly give them your information.
I received the folder that you left including the invoice for services rendered. I appreciate the honesty and explanation of the additional challenges that you encountered when you were here and that although the additional work would have increased the original estimate, you stood by our quote and kept the price the same.
