Window Cleaning
Just like other detailing procedures, using a planned system assures that your windows will be cleaned properly. We clean our windows "California Style"... we hand wash and squeegee each window. This process enables us to clean without streaking; we also wipe out your sills and brush your screens at no extra cost. We have the proper equipment and training for all types of windows, storm & tru-divided, skylights, chandeliers, light fixtures, ceiling fans, glass atriums, stain and scratch removal. Tile & Grout Cleaning

All furniture is carefully removed and replaced on blocks and pads to prevent furniture stain; all spots are assessed and treated individually.
Dryer Vent Cleaning
A clogged dryer vent not only can cause home fires, but also uses a large amount of electricity as well. It’s true, last year in America, over 15,000 thousand home fires were reported. Also, since your dryer isn’t running as efficiently, you might be spending close to $22 more dollars a month in electricity. But, that’s not all. A clogged dryer also wears down your dryer from excess use, and manufactures recommend a cleaning every year. We offer many different price ranges, from simple, to full replacement of the dryer vent.
Oriental Rug Cleaning
Cleaning improves the appearance and increases the life of your carpet. For good carpet health, we recommend cleaning every 3 - 5 years, and in high traffic areas such as entrance ways and where pets are a concern, every 2 - 3 years. Our In-Plant Oriental Rug cleaning process varies depending on your carpet type, a durable rug or a hand woven silk. Every rug is vertically hung and beaten to loosen dirt particles. We shake out unwanted dust, hand wash your rug section by section using a PH balanced cleaning solution, and rinse it with ionized water. Next, we extract your carpet and re-hang it to dry. Hanging the rug enables your rug to dry evenly and it also lets us rinse your fringes. We offer pick-up and delivery service at no extra charge. We offer custom cut padding. Call us for price quotes.
Pet Odor Restoration
When we say "complete," that is what we mean. Do you have a problem area? A spot that your pet revisits often? If you do, we have the answer for you! We use the same cleaning process as described in our carpet cleaning heading. But, we also disengage your carpet and pull up the soiled padding. We'll either treat the sub-floor with a sealer or lightly sand your hardwood floors and re-place the padding. Once the carpet is dry, we come back, re-install the disengaged area of carpet, clean the effected area again and spray with a neutralizer made specifically for pet odors.
Drapery & Upholstery Cleaning
We have the expertise to clean every type of fabric including fabric that is usually difficult to safely clean such as Haitian cotton, velvets, jacquards, and silks. Our Cleaning Technicians carefully inspect the fabric of each piece before selecting the cleaning method best suited for your material. Drapery is cleaned on site, as this enables us to rid your drapery of unwanted dust, odors (such as smoke), and soil, without disrupting your professional installation.
Gutter Cleaning
During a rainstorm, gutters route runoff from a very large surface--a home's roof--to where it can drain away from the house. By doing so, they protect siding, windows, doors, and foundations from water damage and help prevent flooding in basements.
To do their job, gutters and downspouts must be clear of leaves and debris. If they aren't, drain outlets will dam up and rainwater will fill the gutters, back up, overflow, and eventually pull gutters loose from their mountings. Water that pools in troughs will rot wood gutters and rust sheet metal gutters. Plan to clean your gutters at least twice a year--more often, if the roof is directly beneath trees. We will clean you gutters, remove all debris, and keep you off ladders and safe.

Gutter Guards are not perfect, but they will reduce all large particles from entering into your gutter, and reduce dramatically the amount of times you need to clean your gutters.
Minor Landscaping
Do you have bushes or small trees that need pruning? Service Knight can be your one stop for all of your home cleaning needs. Our owner has almost 15 years in the landscaping business and can make your bushes look beautiful. We remove all debris, once finished, and charge reasonable rates compared to calling a full service landscaper.
