How many carpet and upholstery cleaners claim to be certified, but never offer you any proof?

I have been certified by the IICRC, which stands for the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, Restoration, and Certification in both Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning. To earn this certification, you need to attend both in class and out of class demonstrations, taught by master cleaners, and continue your education every year. I always carry my certification with me, and please ask at any time to see it.
